A project is the job or bid. Add its vector PDFs; each becomes a drawing whose counts and corrections save as you work. The geometry of every sheet is read once in the background, so the first count is fast.
The legend table is found on its own and each cell becomes a symbol to count. No legend, or a symbol the legend does not show? Draw a box around one copy on the plan and it becomes a row, counted across every sheet you tick.
Step through matches, add or remove with the cursor, let AI double-check any row. Export a PDF whose count markups are named Bluebeam Count-tool symbols, a DXF in which every detected symbol is a real block, and the device table as Excel.

An AI pass judges each match against its legend symbol, rejects text and table cells that only look like symbols, and remembers its verdicts so a re-check costs nothing.

The PDF export writes each count as a named, countable Bluebeam Count-tool markup, so totals, the Markups list and Resume Count work as if you had clicked them in Revu. The DXF export turns every detected symbol into a native CAD block, built from the lines, arcs and geometry in the vector PDF, inserted at each counted spot on its own layer.

Pricing
Straight pricing you can read without booking a demo or sitting through a sales call. Vector symbol recognition, counting, review and every export are unlimited on every plan and never use credits. AI credits pay only for the optional AI steps: naming symbols, verifying a count, reading a legend, counting scanned sheets (10 credits a page). Pick Count if you never want them, Pro if you want them every month.
Prices in USD, plus tax where it applies. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period. During the preview, accounts are opened by invitation and the trial starts when you first sign in.
